About this role

Partner with small-business owners to scope AI projects, translate requirements into delivery plans, and land the first engagement.

Must have

  • 3+ years in client-facing technical roles (pre-sales, solutions, consulting)
  • Track record of closing deals or delivering engagements in the $25k–$250k range
  • Strong written proposals — you've written SOWs customers signed
  • Comfortable running discovery calls with non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to translate a business problem into a technical scope our engineers can estimate

Nice to have

  • Direct experience with SMB clients (retail, services, professional offices)
  • Familiarity with AI / ML capabilities — enough to set realistic expectations
  • Background in operations, RevOps, or account management

Compensation

Competitive base + equity, commensurate with experience.
