    The team is remote, with a real office in Chandler, Arizona for anyone who wants to work in-person. Flexibility without isolation — no mandatory RTO, no pretend-remote.

    Half the week you might be shipping a chatbot for a logistics company; the other half you might be building a feature for Tembo, our flashcard app. It's an unusual mix of problem spaces for an early team.
